Lord British is the King and founder of Britannia, and is also the leader of the True Britannians. He is the character of Richard Garriott, who is the creator of Ultima Online.
On Oceania Classic, Lord British appears in the game as an extremely powerful NPC boss who may be attacked and even killed.
