Game Masters, or GMs, are members of the Oceania Classic staff who maintain the shard and answer help requests from players. They appear in-game as characters wearing special red or black hooded shrouds with gold trim and have the abbreviation "GM" at the beginning of their names. Use the Help button on the Paperdoll to contact the GMs and request assistance.
