Characters who travel to Dagger Isle (more commonly known as Ice Island) on Oceania Classic will discover that they are unable to move quickly in the area. This is due to the extreme conditions that exist on the island. Man and beast alike make heavy work of trudging through the snow and ice.
Players are unable to ride mounts at fast speed on the island. This does not include the inside of Dungeon Deceit.
