The Magery spell Night Sight works slightly differently on Oceania Classic than normal. The formula is as follows.
For reference, a light level of -26 is what it looks like inside dungeons without any Night Sight (very dark), while 0 is full daylight.
Formula
26 x (CASTER's MAGERY / 200) = LIGHT INCREASE
If CASTER's INSCRIPTION = 100.0 then LIGHT INCREASE + 13
In other words, if someone inside a dungeon with 100.0 Magery and no Inscription casts Night Sight their light level will increase by 13 points. This would take them from -26 to -13 (which is the equivalent of drinking a Night Sight potion).
Players with 100.0 in both Magery and Inscription will increase their light level by 26, so if they were inside a dungeon their light level would increase to the maximum level of 0.
